Austin Blake Pate

Austin Blake Pate of Ethridge passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was born in Huntsville, AL on December 17, 1990 and was 30 years old. Austin loved to fish, golf, ride horses, build things, and was an avid learner of all things; space, science, and astronomy. Austin was always full of life and had the most beautiful smile that always lit up any room. Anyone who met him loved him, and he never met a stranger. He was always there to help and never judged a stranger. He had a heart of gold and loved deeply. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30th from 12:00pm until 2:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Jimmy Williams officiating. He was preceded in death by his brother, Hunter Lane Pate, and grandparents, Charles and Anita Seeger and Nelson Pate. He is survived by his, Parents, Jimmy and Liz Pate of Ethridge, TN Brother, Glenn Pate of Clarksville, TN Sisters, Brandi (Jon Stroud) Pate of Oceanside, CA Nichole (Mikkel) Martin of Elkmont, AL Casey (Tyler) Pierce of Ethridge, TN Nieces and nephews, Josh Armour, Mattie Pierce, Savanna Martin, Hunter Martin, and Rett Pierce Grandmother, Ann “Gaga” Pate of Memphis, TN Grandparents, Sharan and Terry Pike of Boise, ID Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
