Obit Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home Mrs. Hazel Tomerlin Johnson age 84 of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Hillside Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith, worked at LeeMar Shirt Factory, and an Avon Sales Representive for 30 years. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 13th from 4:00 until 8:00pm and Thursday, February 14th from 12:00 until 2:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, February 14th at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Dr. Doug Plumlee Officiating. Burial will follow in Choates Creek Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to the Choates Creek Cemetery Fund. She was preceded in death by her, Husband, F. Z. (Ben) Johnson Parents, James Walter and Lillie Mae Dickey Tomerlin Grandson, Johnny Mark McIntosh Step-son, Charles Freelon Johnson She is survived by her, Son, Dennis Parr and wife Sherran of Fayetteville Son, Lynn (Hoss) Johnson of Pulaski Daughter, Janice Duncan and husband Jim of Pulaski Daughter, Janelle McIntosh of Pulaski Daughter, Jaretha Dunavant and husband Richard of Pulaski Brother, J.C.
