Obit Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home Mr. Johnny Johnson age 75 of Minor Hill passed away Monday evening, April 7, 2008, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, he was a local business owner of Johnson's Foods in Pulaski for over 35 years, a member of the Hester Chapel Church of Christ where he served as an Elder. He served on the Giles County Help Center Board of Directors. Memorials are suggested to the Giles County Help Center. Visitation was Wednesday, April 9th from 4:00 until 8:00pm and Thursday April 10th from 12:00 until 2:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Funeral Service was Thursday, April 10th at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Burial followed in Hester Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Theo and Eva Johnson. He is survived by his, wife, Deloris Gatlin Johnson of Minor Hill, son, Mark Johnson and wife Cindy of Pulaski, son, Matt Johnson and wife Carla of Minor Hill, son Jon and wife Heather of Minor Hill, grandchildren, Shawn, Seth, Ben, Noah, Anna and Lucas Johnson, great grandchildren, Emma, Justin, and Jessica Johnson, sister, Jerri Jenkins and husband M.L. of Pulaski, sister, Evelyn Capley and husband Charles of Lawrenceburg, and several nephews and nieces also survive. Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mr. Johnny Johnson.
