Obit Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Mrs. Mary Ellen Boyd, age 89 of New Prospect, formally of Pulaski, passed away Saturday evening, September 2, 2006 at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, Tn. She was retired from LeeMar in Pulaski and a homemaker she is a member of the New Prospect Church of Christ. Visitation will be 3 o'clock until 7'oclock Monday, September 4th at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11 o'clock Tuesday, September 5th in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Dryden officiating. Burial will follow in the Stella Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euell Boyd, and a great-grandson, Luke Porter. She is survived by her sons: Doug Boyd of Lawrenceburg. Michael Boyd & wife Susan of Pulaski 3 Grandchildren 6 Great-grandchildren The family suggest memorial donations be made to the New Prospect Church of Christ.
